Bianca Kandeya is a midwife specialist who believes that the challenge for improving reproductive health goes beyond meeting the sustainable development goals, success will be measured in terms of lives saved and lives improved. This will be made possible through the involvement of the community, use of modern technology and research as well as advocating for availability of resources just to mention a few patient care should be a nurse midwife first priority. She specialized in midwifery that is both respectful and individualized  she has held senior positions in the maternity institutions she has worked at which has enabled her to gain vast experience in reproductive health. she holds a bachelors degree in nursing and midwifery from Mzuzu university and a masters degree in midwifery from Kamuzu college of nursing.
