I am a physicist and public health specialist with combined experience in scientific research, medical content reviews, and international program management. I work in the Health Systems and Equity Unit at ITM (Belgium) as a Research Assistant and PhD candidate focusing on Realist Evaluation, Complexity and Perinatal Health. I am interested in Complexity and Systems Thinking conceptual and methodological implications in public health evaluations and implementation research. I have investigated on the perception of key stakeholders on the application of Systems Thinking in obesity prevention. As well as on the terminological clarification of Systems Thinking and Complexity applied to evaluation for local practitioners who wish to implement this approach.
